Our Little Tiger

Unlike Western astrology in which twelve signs are represented within each year, Chinese astrology attributes one sign to each year for a complete cycle of 12 years.  Was Bobby Hobbes born in the Year of the Tiger?  We think so.  Take a look at these traits and judge for yourself if they don’t fit our “Little Tiger” to a “T.”

The Powerful Tiger

Tigers are born leaders, but not the organizing and managing kind.  Tigers aren’t usually found organizing groups of people, they tend to strike out on their own.  They are always in the lead and are the first to cry out "Let's go"!  They love adventure and are addicted to excitement.

// ”If he finds out he was right about this,

there’ll be no stopping that little tiger” //

Noble and fearless, Tigers are respected for their courage - even by those working against them.  Tigers make daring fighters.  They will fight to the bitter end for what they think is right.

// "I'm a special agent in a life and death situation.  Get me

the Keeper or I will find you, and I swear I will kill you!" //

Tiger people are difficult to resist, for they are magnetic characters and their natural air of authority confers a certain prestige on them.   Although Tigers can be selfish, they are capable of great generosity.   Tigers are tenderhearted, and affectionate with their friends and family, yet self-reliant and fiercely independent.   Like our “bi-polar James Bond,”  Tigers are a blend of opposites.  They are tempestuous yet calm, warm-hearted yet fierce, courageous in the face of danger yet yielding and soft in mysterious, unexpected ways.

Tigers are sensitive and emotional.  They are capable of great love, but they become too intense about it.  They are also territorial and possessive.   If you are a friend of a Tiger, he wants you to take his side against the bad guys and because the Tiger is so adorable, you often do.   As lovers, Tigers are passionate and romantic, but the real challenge for the Tiger is to grasp the true meaning of moderation.   If you are around a Tiger person, expect a roller coaster ride.

Tigers like to work; they are hard-working and dynamic.   If you assign a task to a Tiger, the job will be undertaken and accomplished with enthusiasm and efficiency.   Both Male and female are possessive and career minded which can result in tension at home.   Noble callings and humanitarian causes appeal to the generous Tiger.

 // “I have fought and starved and bled

for my country and I would do it again.” //

Tigers are unpredictable, always tense, and they like to be in a hurry, because of this, they prefer to operate alone.  Tigers are also very confident, sometimes too confident.   They like to be in charge, that is, they like being obeyed and do not like anyone to challenge them.  Because Tigers are restless, adventurous and love taking risks, they tend to develop a sense of "Empowered entitlement."   Tigers can also be ill tempered and egotistical.   The Tiger will achieve success early in life but will also meet with obstacles as he is usually arrogant.

// ”Cause I’m too good for my own good.” //

Tiger person is capable of making impulsive decisions and this may prove disastrous.  They are generally optimistic but should they sink into a depression, it is harder for them to recover.

The tiger is highly regarded in China with almost magical powers to keep thieves at bay. – Watch out Darien!

// ”And don’t think I don’t know where you are 24-7 my friend!” //
